We specialize in working with Western e-commerce retailers who own their own products, process at least 1,000 orders per month, and value the efficiency of a single connected platform across multiple countries. We take a collaborative approach and are selective about who we work with, ensuring our expertise is tailored to businesses that can truly benefit from our solutions. We don’t prioritize fast growth; instead, we focus on intentional, expert-driven expansion. Additionally, we don’t lock clients into long-term contracts—our system speaks for itself.

Technical onboarding is plug-and-play, but we schedule an onboarding call to guide you through the process and ensure a smooth setup.

Borderless360 connects you with a global network of trusted local and international couriers. You can select couriers based on your budget and delivery goals directly within our platform. By storing inventory in our fulfillment centers worldwide, you’ll also benefit from better rates and faster delivery times.

Direct Inject Shipping is a cost-effective way to get orders to your customers quickly. This method involves unloading products from incoming couriers and immediately transferring them to outbound couriers without storage delays. It reduces shipping costs and ensures faster delivery for deliveries across borders, with full tracking and proof of delivery.

Yes! Customers can return items by downloading a shipping label directly from our tracking link. Returns can be sent either to your business address or to one of our warehouses. Fees are calculated based on the number of returns and your delivery preferences.

Yes, we offer free transit insurance for all our clients, covering shipments up to £/$/€25. For additional coverage, we recommend obtaining cargo insurance.

Once an order is placed, you’ll have full visibility and control within the system. Tracking notifications are automatically generated and sent to your customers while being logged for your records.

Account and Payments

Borderless360 is a logistics-as-a-service (LaaS) platform, meaning you pay for pick-pack and shipping services as needed. Our Wallet feature allows you to add multiple payment methods and currencies to your client profile. Additionally, we’ve partnered with Airwallex, enabling you to collect, hold, and send money in multiple currencies with zero international fees. Contact us to learn more about our Airwallex partnership.

You’ll receive an electronic invoice on the first day of each month.

Unlike many providers, we don’t lock customers into long-term contracts—we believe in earning your business through great service and a powerful platform. You’re able to leave anytime. Before closing your account, you can export all your customer and order data as a CSV file. Please note that closing your account will disable access to Borderless360’s features.
