Where can I ship from with Borderless360?

Borderless360 is available in all countries in Europe with dedicated warehouses in the UK and the Netherlands. In Australasia we have warehouses in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hong Kong. How do I set up Borderless360?

A simple consultation to identify your business logic will be followed by a short phase of disruption-free technical integration, typically lasting 2 days.

Will my existing software be affected?

Your existing software will not be affected as Borderless360 integrates seamlessly through advanced APIs.

Which online marketplaces can I sell in?

Borderless360 integrates sales you make on Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento 1, Magento 2, Amazon (Australia, Germany, UK, and Japan), eBay (Australia, and the US), and Rakuten (Germany). What do I do when I get an order?

You have full visibility and control to action orders when they enter the system. Tracking notifications are generated, sent and recorded automatically.

Who will take care of shipping?

We have 50 integrations with international and local couriers. You’ll be able to choose international and final-mile couriers most suited to your budget and desired delivery performance and you’ll have control of this at all times.

Can I offer my customers returns?

You can support customer returns in all countries.

What is a third-party logistics provider (3PL) and how can they help me?

3PLs specialize in integrated operation, warehousing and transportation services which can be scaled and customized to your needs based on market conditions, such as the demands and delivery requirements for your products. We only use 3PLs who have been through a rigorous screening process for performance and reliability.

Some of our plans give you access to a 3PL component enabling you to send orders to virtual warehouses for faster fulfillment. Note that this feature requires an additional technical integration.

What is Direct Inject Shipping?

Direct Inject Shipping is our name for cross-docking, a practice in logistics of unloading products from an incoming courier and loading these products directly onto outbound couriers, with little or no storage in between. It is also desirable to Direct Inject because shipments can be included amongst larger shipments, achieving lower shipping costs. Typically, Direct Inject times are 4-9 days and are tracked end-to-end with a signature.

Borderless360 integrates with a number of prominent Direct Injection couriers across many locations. You can integrate with any of our Direct Injection couriers. Please see our Integrations Directory for more details.

How long does it take to set up Borderless360?

Following the consultation of 2 days, you can begin using the system immediately.

How can I communicate with leads and customers

Our unified communication feature enables you to message your customers in modern social channels, including Amazon, eBay, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, China’s WeChat, and more.

Account

Is it possible to close my account?

If you close your account, you no longer have access to Borderless360 and its capabilities. Rest assured, you can export all of your customer and order data as a CSV file at any time.
